I’m at this time getting four norco a day..I don’t drink or smoke. Ive taken ambien 5mg and that helps but it’s not advisable for seniors And is now not prescribed for me. As a result of no sleep and frequently working with pain I’m lacking energy and enthusiasm for every day actions. Your help could well be greatly appreciated..regards Mag
